International Returns

We really hope you and your four-legged friend love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.

We advise using a tracked service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed successfully - we cannot be held responsible if the item(s) go missing on the return journey.

Once we’ve received your item(s) back at HQ, if approved, a refund will be processed onto your original payment method (minus any postage fees) - we aim to do this within 5 working days of receival.

Please note:

  • Original postage is non refundable, unless an item arrives faulty or damaged (we must be notified of this immediately).
  • Customers will be required to cover the cost of the return, unless an item arrives faulty or damaged (we must be notified of this immediately).
  • In the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty/damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please let us know immediately, with photographic evidence, so we can rectify.
  • Items purchased from our Clearance section are not eligible for a refund. Instead, a gift card will be issued to your email address.
  • All of our items, excluding the Play & Groom range (dog toys, and grooming products) come with a 6 months manufacturing guarantee.
  • We do not currently offer exchanges. Please feel free to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item(s). If you would like assistance with sizing please reach out to us at - we're always happy to help.
  • If you are returning your order and it arrived with a free gift, this must also be returned. If it is not returned, we may deduct the cost of the gift from your refund.
