How can I choose the best product size for my dog?
We think it’s very important to measure your pup’s neck correctly before selecting the size, therefore you will find a SIZE CHART button on every product page with a guide on how to do so.
Who will deliver my items and how much is shipping within the UK?
We currently use Royal Mail to send out all of our items, with a standard shipping rate of £4.99. Although we cannot guarantee a delivery date, we have been advised that items on this option will be with you within 2 working days. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed the next day due to Royal Mails cut off time.
You can also have your items sent with Next Day delivery for £6.99 (including Saturday delivery), providing the order is placed before 3pm.
Do you ship worldwide?
Our international shipping rate is £9.99 for (almost) anywhere in the world. We use a tracked and signed service to enable you to follow the items on their journey and see the progress. Estimated delivery times do vary, and so we are unable to give an exact delivery date. Royal Mail aims to get items to Europe between 5-7 working days and America between 7-12 working days. The rest of the world can be between 10-21 days. There may, however, be additional days on top of this as each country has their own custom processes, so we ask if you could allow up to 30 days.
Can I add/remove/change items from an existing order?
If you would like to make a change to your order we would ask for you to contact us as soon as possible. Alternatively, you could create a new order with the updated items and cancel the existing order.
Can I change my shipping address on an existing order?
If you need to alter your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible and we will update the information for you. Once the items have been processed for delivery we will no longer be able to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you notify us as soon as possible. If the order has been processed before you notify us of cancellation, we would need to process a return once the order has been delivered.
How can I pay for an order?

What happens if the item is not what I expected?
Customer satisfaction is of high priority to us and if for some reason expectations don’t match up then please let us know so we can help. In most cases we will offer you an exchange or refund providing the product you are requesting to send back is in a re-sellable condition.
What happens if I order the wrong size and need to exchange?
If you need to exchange the size of your item that is no problem! Your order should arrive with a returns slip inside and we would just ask you to note down the reason you are exchanging the item and the new size you require so we know who the order belongs to. Once we have received it we will have the new item packed and on it's way to you.
As we have a price system in place, if you are looking to exchange from an XS or S to a M or L then we will need to ask for the difference to be transferred to our PayPal. If this is the case for your order, you will be contacted as soon as we have received your items back and then, once payment has been made the new items will be released.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the return cost of sending the item back to us, however we will cover the new item postage to ensure the item is with you and your pup.

What is the returns policy?
We really hope you and your four-legged friend love our products as much as we do, but if you’re not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a return for exchange or refund. The product must be in a re-sellable condition to be eligible and you will have 30 days from the time of purchase.
Once we have received your returned items back at our HQ we can then process your refund/release the new items.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you the initial shipping costs.
