Keep your collars and leads looking their best with a little regular care. While designed for durability, proper maintenance will help extend the life and finish of your product.

• Wipe clean regularly using a soft cloth or brush to remove dirt and debris
• For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild soap with warm water
• Gently wipe the surface and avoid over-saturating the material
• Always dry with a clean cloth after cleaning
• If wet, blot away moisture as soon as possible
• Allow to air dry naturally at room temperature
• Avoid drying near radiators, heaters, or with a hairdryer
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
• Allow the product to air out naturally between uses
• The microfiber PU surface is designed to be low-maintenance and does not require conditioning
• Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners

Important Notes: Do not machine wash or tumble dry these items and avoid prolonged exposure to water wherever possible. If using spot-on flea, tick, or worming treatments on your pet, we recommend removing the collar and keeping it off until the product has fully dried–typically 24–48 hours–as the chemicals in some treatments may react with the collar material.
