Keep your collars and leads looking their best with a little regular care. While designed for durability, proper maintenance will help extend the life and finish of your product.
Wipe clean regularly using a soft cloth or brush to remove dirt and debris
For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild soap with warm water
Gently wipe the surface and avoid over-saturating the material
Always dry with a clean cloth after cleaning
If wet, blot away moisture as soon as possible
Allow to air dry naturally at room temperature
Avoid drying near radiators, heaters, or with a hairdryer
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
Allow the product to air out naturally between uses
The microfiber PU surface is designed to be low-maintenance and does not require conditioning
Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
Important Notes: Do not machine wash or tumble dry these items and avoid prolonged exposure to water wherever possible. If using spot-on flea, tick, or worming treatments on your pet, we recommend removing the collar and keeping it off until the product has fully dried–typically 24–48 hours–as the chemicals in some treatments may react with the collar material.

A classic belt buckle passes through metal-lined eyelets that resist stretching, so the fit you set stays put. The D-ring takes the lead and an ID tag.

Questions
My dog is between two sizes. Which should I choose?
Size up. The City 2.0 sizes overlap, so the larger size will still fasten on a middle hole. Measure where the collar sits and leave room for two fingers.
Will it look too chunky on my small dog?
XS and S are the narrowest at 1.5 cm. Width only increases from M (2 cm) upwards. See Fit & scale above for every size.
Which lead clips on most easily?
The City Lead's clasp is sized for the collar's D-ring. On XS and S collars, choose the S lead.
I bought a BARC collar before. Is my size the same?
Not necessarily. City 2.0 sizing has been refined for a more even crossover between sizes, so please re-measure before you order.
Can my dog swim in it?
It's made for everyday town and park walks. Avoid soaking it. If it gets wet, blot it dry and let it air dry at room temperature.
Anything to know about flea treatments?
Take the collar off after spot-on flea, tick or worming treatments, and keep it off until the treatment has fully dried, usually 24–48 hours.
