Instagram Giveaway – Full Terms & Conditions

  • The Promoter: The promoter is Barc London [15 Reindeer Court, Mealcheapen Street, Worcester, WR1 2DS], in collaboration with John Julian [9 Manor Farm Buildings, Burcombe, Wilton, Wiltshire SP2 0EJ].

  • Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Barc London, John Julian, their associated companies, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this giveaway are excluded from entering.

  • How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, users must fulfil the following criteria on Instagram:
    - Like the official giveaway post.
    - Follow both @barclondon and @johnjulianuk.
    - Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
    - Optional Bonus Entry: Sharing the post to Instagram Stories and tagging both brands counts as one additional entry. Entrants with private accounts must send a screenshot of their Story share via Direct Message (DM) to @barclondon to validate the bonus entry.

  • The Prizes: There are two (2) individual prize packages to be won by two separate winners:

    Prize 1: One bespoke, handmade, limited-edition Large Dog Bowl.
    Prize 2: One bespoke, handmade, limited-edition Small Dog Bowl.

    Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

  • Campaign Period: The giveaway opens on 11.06.26 at 18:00 BST upon publication of the Instagram post. The closing date for all entries is 18.06.26 at 23:59 BST. Entries received after this precise time will not be valid.

  • Winner Selection:
    Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an independent random generator tool.
    The draw will take place within three (3) working days of the closing date.

  • Winner Notification & Prize Claim:
    The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) exclusively from the verified @barclondon official account.
    Winners must respond to the DM within seven (7) days of the initial notification to claim their prize and provide their UK delivery address and any necessary customisation details.
    If a winner does not respond within seven days, their prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

  • Data Protection: Any personal data (such as names and delivery addresses) provided by the winners will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prize delivery. Data will be handled securely in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation (UK GDPR) and will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

  • Limitation of Liability & Platform Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering this competition, all entrants completely release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the promotion.

  • General: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
