To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your return has been approved you'll receive a confirmation email, and then a separate email with your UK shipping labels and shipping guidelines (please check spam/junk folder).
  • When posting your return back to us, please include your return slip (which will be inside your order on arrival), or a note stating your order number and reson for return, to avoid any processing delays.


International Returns:

Please submit your return request, and once approved you can return your items to the following address:

Please note we are not yet able to offer free returns on international orders - you will be responsible for covering the return shipment and any related fees.


Are there any charges for returns?

Unless you choose not to use your Collect+ label and to send back via a different service all UK returns are currently free. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns for customers outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any charges and related fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are returnable?

Please note: All toys and grooming products are not eligible for return.

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. If you process your return but we receive it outside of the 30 day window our customer service team will be intouch to discuss options as we may not be able to accept your return.

To be eligible, the product must be in a re-sellable condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered and unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

If you are returning your order and it arrived with a free gift, this must also be returned. 


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed after the items have been received, and credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
