To the BARC family,
With our inboxes filling up, notifying us on all the recent changes in the world, I thought it was only right to check-in and make sure that everybody is staying safe, share some plans for the future, and connect in a time where we can all feel a little isolated.
Nearly three years later, with a lot of ups and downs along the way, here we are today... all thanks to your support. As we work ever closer towards our goal of becoming a household name for you and your four-legged friends, our aim for this year is to bring you more BARC products for your pups to get their paws into. This is set to include version two of our Core Collection, with bigger sizes, new colours, and cruelty-free options; a range of dog toys, beds and bowls; outerwear; poo-bag holders; and other essential items.
After tasking myself with sourcing and sampling our new range, due to current circumstances, things soon came to a halt, including the restock of our original leather collection. We know that many of you have been wondering why these have been out of stock for so long, but with things continuing to move along and with factories reopening, we are happy to announce that our leather collection will be back in stock soon, so keep an eye on your emails for updates in the following weeks.
As we adjust to new ways of working, we are continuing to sample all of our future products, ready to bring you the freshest new collections for your pup's indoor and outdoor living. We cannot wait to see what you all think of our new ranges!
I would also like to say a personal thank you to my team; most of the team have worked in the hospitality sector before and as the UK goes into lockdown, there is a real sense of gratitude towards our online store. None of this would be possible without each and every one of you believing in us and supporting our journey.
